Opportunity Overview
As a Senior Accountant at Limpa, you'll lead financial reporting and month-end close processes for a diverse portfolio of 25-30 clients across multiple industries. This role offers the opportunity to mentor junior staff while developing expertise in technical accounting areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting including month/year-end close processes for client engagements
- Prepare and analyze financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flows)
- Review work of Staff Accountants (2-3 direct reports)
- Implement and maintain accounting controls and best practices
- Lead client meetings to present financial results and recommendations
- Research technical accounting issues and draft position papers
- Optimize client accounting processes through technology integration
Qualifications
Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting. -
CPA certification (active).

4+ years public accounting experience.

Expertise in GAAP financial reporting.
Preferred

Experience with QuickBooks Online and Exro.

Client-facing advisory experience.

Knowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition.

Experience mentoring junior staff.
